Dylan and his crew were exceptionally prompt, efficient and carefully installed the laminate despite having their van break down. Their offer to return to install the baseboards after I painted was a pleasant surprise and much appreciated.
Both laminate and carpet installers were considerate of my condo neighbors making sure entry and exits to the building were quiet and everything was cleaned up on departure.

No questions – – I just wanted to commend your excellent service. My fiance and I were in a serious bind when it came to trying to repair our carpet for moving out. We went around the whole city trying to find something–anything! We were told that it was basically impossible to find anything in the timeline we needed. Well, they were wrong! Lori Helper found us exactly what we needed, and even when things went awry (remember–we were short on time) she went above and beyond to make sure things went right. My wife insisted that I provide you with an update to our warranty claim. I’ve waited nearly a month so we’ve had ample time to evaluate the carpet and installation after it had acclimatized. This warranty claim has reinforced our appreciation and respect for Curtis Carpets and the good folks at Curtis who came through and satisfied a warranty claim that an impersonal manufacturer botched. At every step of the claim the manufacturer continued to exhibit poor judgment yet Curtis Carpets and it’s employees came through time and again. Naturally we’ve have nothing but praise for Curtis when discussing our claim with friends, family and work acquaintances. Chris did an outstanding job dealing with what I feel is an uncaring manufacturer. Tim understood the problem and resolved it quickly in a manner that puts Curtis Carpets on a level above the rest. I am very pleased with all my dealings with the good folks at Curtis. I can’t imagine what the outcome would have been had we not gone to Curtis Carpets. Please provide our sincerest thank you to all the folks at Curtis that participated in resolving our claim. Oh, and we’re exceptionally happy with our new carpet.
